About the Founder

My name is Ursula O’Hara, and I founded Lumetrix with one purpose: to give business owners the clarity, protection, and strategic oversight they’ve never had from their marketing partners.

My journey into this industry began in two very different roles. Before stepping into home services, I spent five years working inside one of Houston’s largest corporate digital marketing agencies, where I sold advertising, reviewed campaign results with business owners, and worked directly with clients who relied entirely on the agency’s reporting. From the inside, I saw how agencies operated—how reporting was structured, how performance was communicated, and how business owners were often left confused and powerless. Retention was the priority, not transparency.

Everything shifted when I moved into the home services industry. I spent ten years as the Chief Marketing Officer for one of Houston’s largest plumbing and air-conditioning companies, where I oversaw multi-million-dollar marketing budgets, directed digital and traditional strategies, managed multiple agencies, and was responsible for the revenue generated through marketing. I wasn’t looking at marketing from a distance—I was living inside the results.

This dual experience showed me something incredibly important:
Marketing agencies and business owners speak two different languages.

Business owners want clear answers, real performance, honest reporting, and someone they can trust. Some agencies often give vague explanations, selective data, and recommendations that serve their own interest more than the client’s.

That gap is where Lumetrix was born.

Lumetrix exists to bring clarity, truth, and accountability to a system that often hides more than it reveals. I don’t run ads. I don’t implement SEO. I don’t accept commissions or kickbacks from vendors. Instead, I analyze the performance, interpret the data, evaluate agency strategy, and help business owners make informed decisions backed by truth—not agency spin.
